Our team is our work family.  We are dedicated to providing a fun, safe, flexible environment. We encourage family days, birthdays off work, and team building.   We also understand that family is top priority in our employees’ lives. That means that sometimes we have guest “helpers” if a team member needs to bring their child to work.

Insurance can be confusing. The Knights team works hard to make sure our clients understand their insurance and how it relates to their individual situation. We stream weekly educational videos that give quick insurance knowledge on FB. In addition, we encourage our clients review their policies annually with us to answer any questions, confirm coverage, and appropriate discounts are applied.

It is important that our team stays up to date on the latest trends and knowledge in the industry. Each team member attends classes that add value to our knowledge and brings that information back to share with the entire team. Continuing education ensures we have the latest tools to be able assist our clients  with their insurance choices. 

Our team believes it is in each of our power to make our community better. Each year we take a day to participate in a community project and each of our staff is given a day for a project they are passionate about. Our team members are involved in various churches, service clubs, advisory boards, and more. Insurance is our job, community is our passion!
